Each one of us would achieve more in business if we focused on what more important for our customers wants and needs and how we can create and add more value for them rather than what is more important for us.
Forget the competition focus more on your customers, far more than your competition, understand more about your customers than anyone and you will soon see how your business will start to grow.
First of all most people don’t really know who their customers are in the first place and secondly, they know nothing what so ever or very little about their target audience, their wants or needs.
The more you understand your customers the higher will be your sales.
