WHY FOCUSING ON PEOPLE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FOCUSING ON THE MONEY.
A very big lesson I learned years ago and have never forgot it. That is to build long term relationships with people, it is the people who sign the cheques, pay your invoices, who hire you, employ you, work with you and not money.
Money and getting paid i the end result of building relationships with people and not the other way around. Yes you can focus on the money and get paid but that is not a strategy in fact that is a tactic which will only earn you a living but a building long term relationships is a strategy that work every time, every day and every year.
