There is a lot of great mentoring advice throughout the 6 webinars for leadership. Moe discusses motivations, the customers and employees needs to feel worthwhile and to be appreciated. The title summed it up for me on what to expect in the 6 week webinar on growing your business through customer experience. Moe lays out what he believes to be the key facts of business growth by using his Evergreen clients for life system to grow any business. If you care for your customers they will keep coming back and bringing in more referrals for you, which is cheaper than advertising.
