Are you the cog or the clog in your business?

When working with private I clients I see too often that the business owners who founded the business and were an essential COG in the business but have become CLOGS in the business and are holding the businesses from growing. We are all good at something and other people are good at something better than you. Unless you go and gain the knowledge yourself, you might have to consider stepping aside and put your pride to one side and allow the business to grow by bringing in people who can take your business to the next level for you. Don’t be a Clog be the Cog in your business or step aside for another cog.
